WATCH: Nine Dead in Second Mass Shooting in Dayton, Ohio

Per DailyMail, Nine people have been killed and at least 26 injured after a shooting at a bar in Ohio today in the second US massacre in 14 hours.

Police responded to calls about an active shooter in the area of East 5th Street in the Oregon District on Dayton, according to WHIO-TV.

The the gunman, who was using a ‘long gun’, was killed by police who were nearby in the early hours of this morning.

Customers said on social media many at Ned Peppers Bar were ‘piling on top of each other to get out’.

Witnesses described ‘casualties everywhere’ and an attacker who was a ‘white man dressed all in black’.

UPDATE @ 1:15 p.m.: 

The sister of the suspected Oregon District shooter is among the nine victims killed, according to Dayton police.

Dayton police released the identities of the victims during a 1 p.m. news conference at the Dayton Convention Center.

Five men and four women were killed in the mass shooting Sunday morning, police said:

Lois Oglesby, 27.

Megan Betts, 22. She was the sister of the suspected shooter, identified as Connor Betts.

Saeed Saleh, 38.

Derrick Fudge, 57.

Logan Turner, 30.

Nicholas Cumer, 25.

Thomas McNichols, 25.

Beatrice Warren-Curtis, 36.

Monica Brickhouse, 39.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine was the first to speak during the news conference, offering sympathy to the victims and praising the first responders for their action.

“Thanks to the Dayton police department and the officers involved in ending this tragedy, DeWine said. “We’ll never know how many lives were saved.”

DeWine added law enforcement officers practice responses for these events but “pray to God” they don’t happen.
